First Test Week: July 14-17, 2025
- Option A: In the Nursing Department (computer exam)
  - Tuesday, July 15, 2025
  - 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  - Room 105, Health Sciences Building
  - Decatur Campus
- Option B: In the Testing Center (computer exam)
  - July 14–17, 2025 by appointment with $11.50 testing fee
  - Locations at Decatur Campus and Huntsville-Research Park Site
Second Test Week (if 90% not achieved on test 1): August 11–14, 2025
- Option A: In the Nursing Department (computer exam)
  - Tuesday, August 12, 2025
  - 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  - Room 105, Health Sciences Building
  - Decatur Campus
- Option B: In the Testing Center (computer exam)
  - August 11–14, 2025 by appointment with $11.50 testing fee
  - Locations at Decatur Campus and Huntsville-Research Park Site

Third Test Week (if 90% not achieved on test 1 or 2): September 08–11, 2025

Testing Requirements and Information:

NO OTHER TESTING DATES WILL BE SCHEDULED
Photo identification is required, such as a driver’s license.
No mobile phones, smartwatches, paper, or books will be allowed in the testing room.
You may have up to three attempts to obtain 90% for eligibility for enrollment.
This is a 40 item exam. 36/40 required for a 90% score.
75 minutes will be allowed for test completion.
